WE-S40.24 is designed for welding consumables and related industrial applications where controlled carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and hydrogen-loss levels are required.

With an apparent density range of 2.4–2.6 g/cm³ and a controlled coarse-to-fine particle size distribution, WE-S40.24 can be reviewed for welding electrodes, flux-cored wire formulations, metal powder additives and other welding material applications.
