UFN06A is a nickel-containing ultrafine iron powder grade mainly used for transition layer applications in medium- to high-temperature sintering zones, offering high bending strength, ultra-high bonding strength and reliable performance in demanding diamond tool applications.

UFN06A is a nickel-containing ultrafine iron powder grade developed for diamond tool transition layer applications, especially in medium- to high-temperature sintering zones above 800℃.

It offers high bending strength, ultra-high bonding strength and stable sintering performance. In selected formulations, UFN06A can also be reviewed as an alternative option to help reduce or replace cobalt and nickel usage.
