UFN03 is a nickel-containing ultrafine iron powder grade designed for laser welding transition layer materials and related bonding applications. It offers good flowability, good filling performance and moderate apparent density.
It is suitable for high-temperature sintering applications above 850℃ and can be used in selected formulations without granulation, helping improve processing efficiency and formulation stability.
