UF-P Ultrafine Iron Powder

UF-P is an ultrafine iron powder grade mainly used for diamond tools and related bonding applications requiring fine particle size, high strength, high hardness and very high bending strength at elevated sintering temperatures.

Product Overview

UF-P is an ultrafine iron powder grade designed for diamond tools, cutting segments and related bonding applications. It features fine particle size distribution, stable chemical composition and strong sintering performance.

It can be reviewed as an alternative to carbonyl iron powder in applications requiring high strength, high hardness and very high bending strength above 800℃.
