Typical Magnetite Powder Grades

Typical Fe₃O₄ powder grades can be reviewed according to Fe₃O₄ content, iron content, particle size distribution, specific gravity and application requirements. Detailed TDS, COA and customized recommendations are available upon request.

Magnetite-66

A general industrial Fe₃O₄ powder grade with Fe₃O₄ content around 95%, specific gravity of 5.00 and broad particle size distribution for density and industrial applications.

Magnetite-71

A high-purity fine Fe₃O₄ powder grade with Fe₃O₄ content around 99.41%, Fe content around 72.05%, D50 of 7.47 μm and controlled impurity levels.

TDS and COA documents are available for Magnetite-66, Magnetite-71 and customized magnetite powder options according to Fe₃O₄ content, particle size distribution, specific gravity and application requirements.

Magnetite Powder Selection Guide

Grade selection depends on Fe₃O₄ content, Fe content, particle size distribution, specific gravity, impurity level, moisture content and final application requirements. For density adjustment and magnetic material applications, customers usually focus on stable specific gravity, black powder appearance and batch consistency.

For environmental treatment, chemical processing and filtration-related uses, particle size distribution, chemical composition, moisture content and application environment should also be reviewed carefully.

We can provide TDS, COA, sample options and customized grade recommendations according to customer specifications, current supplier reference, packaging requirement and target application.
