NAR100 Non-Annealed Iron Powder

NAR100 is a single-stage reduced, non-annealed iron powder developed for oxygen absorber sachets, disposable hand warmers, heat packs and related reactive formulations. It provides high metallic iron content, controlled particle size distribution, suitable apparent density and stable powder characteristics for formulation and production evaluation.

Product Overview

NAR100 is produced through a single reduction stage and supplied without secondary reduction or annealing. It is intended for oxygen absorber and heat-generating formulations where metallic iron content, particle size distribution, apparent density, flowability and reaction consistency are important.

Its controlled particle size distribution and high metallic iron content can support stable formulation mixing and controlled oxidation behavior when combined with suitable carbon materials, salts, moisture-retaining ingredients and packaging systems.

The grade can be reviewed according to the target oxygen absorption rate, heating profile, operating duration, powder dosage, formulation ingredients and packaging requirements.
