NAR80 Non-Annealed Iron Powder

NAR80 is a single-stage reduced, non-annealed iron powder developed for oxygen absorber sachets, disposable hand warmers, heat packs and related reactive formulations. It offers controlled particle size distribution, suitable apparent density and stable powder characteristics for formulation and production evaluation.

Product Overview

NAR80 is produced through a single reduction stage and supplied without secondary reduction or annealing. It is intended for oxygen absorber and heat-generating formulations where particle size distribution, apparent density, chemical composition and reaction consistency are important.

Its combination of coarse and fine particle fractions can support formulation mixing and controlled oxidation behavior when used with suitable carbon materials, salts, moisture-retaining ingredients and packaging systems.

The grade can be reviewed according to the target oxygen absorption rate, heating profile, operating duration, powder dosage, formulation ingredients and packaging requirements.
